At Wugweb, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital experience services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services rendered.
All services provided by Wugweb are governed by a separate service agreement that outlines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Refund eligibility is determined based on the terms specified in that agreement.
If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued. If work is already in progress, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, less any non-refundable deposits or third-party costs incurred.
We strive to ensure client satisfaction through our collaborative design and development process. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement. Refunds for dissatisfaction are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Costs incurred for third-party services, tools, licenses, or subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.
If you initiate a chargeback, your services may be suspended until the matter is resolved. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where services have been delivered as agreed.
